LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Open the ChatGPT website or app.
2. Enter the email and password.
3. When ChatGPT asks for the two-factor authentication code, use the 2FA key in Google Authenticator, any 2FA code generator, or a 2FA website. Example: https://2fa.online/
4. Copy the current 6-digit code and enter it in ChatGPT. The code refreshes every 30 seconds.

IMPORTANT:
First change the email to your own email.
How to change email: Settings -> Account -> Email

Changing the email to your own email is enough to secure the account.
If you still want to change the password or 2FA, do it only after changing the email. Otherwise, you may permanently lose access to the account.

⚠️ If ChatGPT says you need to wait 24 hours before changing the email, the account is new. Wait 24 hours, then change the email to your own.
